Nepenthes eymae (Sulawesi)
Nepenthes eymae (Gunung Lumut, Sulawesi)
Fascinating funnel-shaped pitchers.
Finally - the real thing!!!
Cultivation
It belongs to the more easy (=’intermediate’) highland species. These grow nicely under a big variety of conditions and are quite tolerant to higher temperatures. They should, however receive a good deal of light.
As a substrate I’d suggest a more open mix. Good components for such mixes are Sphagnum-moss, horticultural perlite, pine bark plus a bit of peat moss. Drainage is recommended.
